We are veterans of over 20 years of assisting our clients with their private, corporate, and non-profit catering needs.Paul Spangler became our manager and owner in November of 2002. Paul has been catering for 25 years now and brings a fresh vitality and sharpened vision to Shackamaxon. On the Kosher side, Paul is aided by Harry Davis, now in his eighties and going strong as a caterer whose skill set reaches back to the 1930s and the days when Kosher catering was a must, not just an option. Paul Spangler has two young children who have not yet been pressed into service on a catering job but the day will come. They do eat out with their mom, Beth, on Sundays for brunch in the dining room; the restaurant manager usually has them draped around her shoulders.
