Meanwhile, Chuck Marshall has been driving, setting-up and supervising for seven years, while his sister, Kathy, has been cheffing and supervising for seven years now. Luis Zayas, our sous-chef , has been with us for five years.
Paul Spangler became our manager and owner in November of 2002. Paul has been catering for 20 years now and brings a fresh vitality and sharpened vision to Shackamaxon.
On the Kosher side, Paul is aided by Harry Davis, now in his eighties and going strong as a caterer whose skill set reaches back to the 1930s and the days when Kosher catering was a must, not just an option.
Ken Correll had been a caterer on his own for many years before joining us and prior to that ran the foodservices fand special events for a health system in Jersey. His passion is photography and he has had several gallery showings of his work, When not catering, you can find him searching out wolves in the Western States.Paul Spangler has two young children who have not yet been pressed into service on a catering job but the day will come. They do eat out with their mom, Beth, on Sundays for brunch in the dining room; the restaurant manager usually has them draped around her shoulders. Some day the tables will turn.

Our commissary kitchen is in a modern facility right on the edge of Philadelphia, in Bensalem , in the Northeast and in Bucks County. We are only half an hour from center city on one side and half an hour from Princeton on the other.
Please, don't hesitate to talk with anyone of us so as to enable us to serve you better.

Over the years, we have been consistent supporters of our community and our own non-profit clients. Since our start, we have donated more that $100,000 of goods and services to our community and our clients.
